  1. Lock stock, receive USDC

    Choose a supported stock token and a loan term. Check your borrowing limit, fee, and due date before you sign.

  2. Keep the loan healthy

    Watch your collateral value and due date. Add collateral if needed. Repaying early does not reduce the fixed loan fee.

  3. Repay, or lose the collateral

    Repay the full loan and fee to unlock your stock. If the loan is liquidated, you lose all locked collateral.

Fund the pool for a week or a year

Deposit USDC and share 80% of paid loan fees with other funders. Choose a lock term from one week to one year.

Withdraw whenever the pool has idle USDC. Taking funds out before your lock ends costs a 3% fee.
